NDB Innovations provides managed IT and web development for businesses that depend on their systems but do not want to become experts in them.
Why we exist
Plenty of businesses are stuck between two bad options: an IT provider that only appears when something breaks and bills by the hour, or hiring internally before the workload justifies it. Neither serves a company that simply needs its technology to work.
We built NDB Innovations to be the third option — a single provider covering the helpdesk, the infrastructure, the hardware and the website, priced predictably, and explained in language that does not require a technical background to follow.
How we work
We would rather prevent an outage than bill for fixing one, so our agreements are structured to reward stability. We document what we do, because knowledge locked in one person's head is a risk to you. And we keep your domains, accounts and source code in your name, because a client who stays by choice is worth more than one who stays because leaving is painful.
What we are not
We are not a reseller dressing up a vendor's catalogue as impartial advice, and we are not going to recommend a migration you do not need. If the right answer is the system you already have, that is the answer you will get.
